Due to the intimate nature of our micro-bikinis and strict hygiene regulations, we accept returns only on unworn items with original sanitary liners and tags intact within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are tried on over your own underwear to remain eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or use our guest return link to enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Quality Inspection Check

  Carefully inspect your bikini to ensure it is free of marks, scents, or damage, and verify that the hygiene seal has not been tampered with.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and use the provided prepaid shipping label to drop your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
